Egen besiktning fastän säljaren redan besiktigat huset?

Svar: Ja, jag brukar rekommendera köparen att ha en egen besiktning. Säljarens besiktning har ju oftast bara legat till grund för att kunna teckna en så kallad överlåtelseförsäkring/dolda fel-försäkring, den har syftat till att bedöma vad som kan ingå i försäkringen. En vanlig överlåtelsebesiktning, som köparen själv beställer, tittar mer på fastighetens fysiska skick. Du har även möjlighet att vara med under besiktningen och ställa frågor. Det är väl värda pengar.
En annan viktig sak är att du bara kan ställa skadeståndskrav mot den besiktningsman du själv har anlitat.
